Wireframe editor now makes FB5 switch

The wireframe editor code in subversion now creates an FB4 or FB5 format switchblock. In other words a circuit.xml file. There are more changes I want to make to this code but essentialy it will create a file suitable for use as a starting point in a non MVC application. It only takes a few mods to use the generated file as the controller for an MVC application too.

My plan is to make the generator do both MVC and non MVC code. Watch this space!

Wireframe Editor in SVN

I have set up the wireframe editor on subversion in RIAForge. This is a first step to adding some new features.

I have already had a request for an updated code generator that generates Fusebox5 standard circuits so I'll make that the first project. The code is actually already running on my machine here, so its just a matter of updating the code to work with the new code base.

Another new feature being considered are a way to keep track of the HTML template pages during a development. This will involve adding a field to each page state which will contain the URL for the template. That will allow us to quickly see which page states have templates and which are still waiting for one to be created. Perhaps some integration with devnotes would be an idea here too?

Fusebox 5 version of the Wireframe editor

Well, I just uploaded the FB5 version of the editor to the RIAForge web site.

Its a pretty basic application but I plan to add some new features over the next few months so I wanted to make it work with CF7 as the earlier version didn't.

Let me know if there are any other changes you would like to see.

You can download the code from http://wireframe.riaforge.org/
